We have a variety of projects in which, from different angles, we provide women with an integrated approach to their professional lives.

Imagine a group of young professionals, each with her own spark and determination, united by a question that resonated in their minds: What is the contribution of the professional woman in the 21st century? How do we understand success and personal fulfillment? And so WomanPro was born, not just as a platform, but as a vibrant community dedicated to unraveling this conundrum.
Our first step was to immerse ourselves in the universe of 'women and current affairs', turning our curiosity into knowledge. But what is knowledge without action? So, excited to contribute our grain of sand and new perspectives, we took our ideas to the corporate world, promoting initiatives within the framework of corporate culture and diversity.
But WomanPro is not just about conversations; we want transformations. That's why we have launched mentoring programmes, becoming the mentors we wished we had at our crucial moments, and especially in the initial stage of our professional careers.
And as every good story needs its moments of encounter, we could not miss our gatherings and networking activities. Each event has become a crossroads where experiences are shared and learning is multiplied.
At WomanPro, every day is a new page in our collective history, written with the commitment to support professional women to have an integrative approach to all areas of their lives. Through collaboration, support, and a good touch of fun, we are not only achieving our goals, but also enjoying the journey together. And this is just the beginning of the book!
We have started our project in Madrid, running professional leadership courses, individual mentoring and networking events. And in Guatemala, where we have carried out several projects in favour of women.
And recently, we have increased our presence in Barcelona, Germany, London and Hong Kong.
